Support Engineer

Job Description: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams in both hardware and software areas. Coordinate with other teams to ensure effective and prompt issue resolution.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the position applied for
  • Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and creativity
  • Proficient in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Responsible and able to handle a variety of tasks
